A tax roll, also known as a grand list, is an official document maintained by the town, that lists all the properties within the town along with their associated assessed values and property tax liabilities.  The purpose of a tax roll is to establish the basis for calculating property taxes that owners are required to pay to fund various local government services and infrastructure.  The tax roll includes details about each property, such as its owner's name, legal description, assessed value, and any exemptions or tax freezes that might apply.

Below you will find the current tax roll along with some of the past rolls.  The tax roll is updated annually to reflect changes in property values, ownership, and other relevant factors.  These updates help to ensure that property taxes remain accurate and fair for all property owners within the jurisdiction.
