Smithfield Youth Councils Mission Statement: As an organization founded by the Town Council of Smithfield, Rhode Island, the Smithfield Youth Council is composed of youth representatives that advocate for teens within the community, through events based on their interests and ideas. The Smithfield Youth Council works to establish a positive atmosphere allowing the youth to communicate and collaborate with others while nurturing their role in the town.
