The Smithfield Senior Center’s Banquet Room is available to rent for your function.

Rental Fees for Banquet Functions (3 hr. minimum)

• $125 hr. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays. 3 hour minimum. As early as 8 AM up until 10 PM. 
• $75 per night. 4 PM to 8 PM, Monday through Thursday. 

There is a full kitchen with 5 steam tables, 6 burner stove with dual ovens, dish washer, refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen can be used at no additional charge.

A staff member will open the center 15 minutes prior to rental time. The room must be cleaned before leaving. A deposit of 50% is due at time of reservation A $100 security deposit is due at time of reservation (separate check). Deposit check will be returned when rental is complete. Balance is due on rental day.
