Prior to receiving assistance from Smithfield Human Services office all applicants must complete a yearly intake form along with required documentation. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.

Assistance

The Smithfield Human Services office is a small auxiliary pantry that is run off of donations from our generous town residents, schools, businesses and organizations.

Outreach/Donations

The Smithfield Human Services office may act as a liaison and refer applicants to other programs to accommodate additional needs. Our goal is to assist those families who are struggling by advocating for food supplements and basic needs throughout the year and heating fuel throughout the winter.
