Looking to start your holiday weekend with a little rest and relaxation? Look no further! Join Brie on October 12th, at 9am, for a Yin Yoga class, located at the Leo Bouchard Conservation Center in Smithfield, RI.

 In this low impact class, we will hold each pose for a few minutes, which will target the muscles and joints, and help to improve flexibility. If you’re interested in the class, the cost will be $5 which can be paid through cash at the time of the event, or card online.
